So for fun I decided to open up my fido bill to see how many texts I sent and received this month, only to find out that they had been charging me for every single text past 125 texts. Are you kidding me??? My value pack was suppose to be 2500, duh, its like the number one thing you ask for if you are a textaholic. So anyways I call them and they credit my account for over $200. But now I'm very suspicious at these wireless companies. These kind of problems happen to so many people. And also, it starts happening after a couple of normal bills after you set up a plan hmm. I've yet to meet a person who hasn't had any billing problems or has been completely happy with their provider for the entire time they've been with them. And when you call them they fix it as if its nothing to them. My bills automatically are taken off Visa, and I'm sure a lot of people also pay their bills pre-approved, so I'm wondering if it might actually be more profitable for them to make these mistakes since many pre-approved costumers might not even look at their bill in detail, if I hadn't looked I wouldn't have even noticed. They're paying their customer representatives anyway, might as well make work for them, and even if it does cost them to have to fix these kind of mistakes I bet the profit they make off of unnoticed mistakes has a bigger margin. OR I could be wrong and all these wireless companies have major flaws with their systems. My advice, check your bills and call them!! |
